- Total Refund: A full refund is provided if postponement is not feasible
- Rescheduling: Reschedule your booking to another available date with no added fee
- Credit for Charter: Attain a credit valid for one year from your original charter date
Process for Weather Evaluation
Our evaluation of weather involves:
- Analysis of wind speed and trajectory
- Consideration of wave height and conditions at sea
- Predictions on visibility and chances of precipitation
- Advisories and cautions from the Coast Guard
- Professional judgement on safety from the captain
Timeline for Decisions: Choices regarding weather cancellations are made at the latest 4 hours prior to the planned departure time.
Refunds Due to Medical Emergencies
Situations of Emergency
We recognize that unforeseen medical exigencies can arise. The ensuing circumstances might be eligible for special contemplation:
- Unexpected medical conditions or injuries necessitating hospital care
- Passing away of a close family member
- Summoning or sudden recollection into the military
- Burden of jury duty or a legal summons
- Natural calamities impinging on travel
Documentary Prerequisites
For the processing of emergency refund applications, please provide:
- Medical verification or hospital records
- Official certification of death (if relevant)
- Orders from the military
- Summons for court or notice of jury duty
- Emergency declarations or travel notifications
Processing: Emergency remittances are finalized within 3-5 working days following the submission of adequate documentation.
Cancellations Due to Operational Factors
Issues with Mechanics
If the boat assigned to you suffers mechanical setbacks that preclude resolution:
- Substitute Vessel: We make attempts to furnish an equivalent alternate
- Complete Refund: Offered if there is no suitable substitute
- Partial Refund: Provided if the alternate vessel comes with different fare conditions
- Compensation: Additional recompense could be proffered for the inconvenience
Inavailability of Crew
In extraordinary instances where a qualified crew is not attainable:
- An alternative crew is sought when plausible
- Fully refunded if the charter can't commence
- Possibility of rescheduling with no added charges

Credits for future charters might be extended as a substitute for refunds given certain conditions:

- Validity: 12 months starting from the date of issue
