What is included in a standard yacht charter?
Each charter comes with a seasoned crew, onboard safety gear, fuel, and an assortment of basic drinks. The details of what’s included can differ based on the type of service — with sunset trips offering upscale beverages and light fare, while business charters provide meeting facilities and catering suited for corporate needs.
How far in advance should I book?
For best availability, we suggest making reservations 2–3 weeks in advance, particularly in the high season (May–September). If you’re planning corporate gatherings or private events, securing your booking 4–6 weeks ahead can ensure greater choice and offers ample time for personalization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Our foremost concern is safety. In the case that our captains identify weather conditions as hazardous, we propose an alternative date for the charter or provide a complete reimbursement. Weather forecasts are under constant review, and we will alert you 24 hours prior to departure should the outlook seem unfavorable.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, guests are permitted to bring their own provisions and non-alcoholic drinks. Nonetheless, our exceptional catering options are worth considering for personalized dining experiences. Kindly note, for safety reasons, glassware is prohibited on board.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We aim to cater to all our patrons. While some vessels are more accessible than others, we urge you to get in touch during your booking process to discuss your specific requirements so we can direct you to the most suitable yacht and make the necessary preparations for a comfortable experience.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations submitted 72 hours or more in advance of the departure are refunded in full. Those made between 24 and 72 hours prior to departure are eligible for a 50% reimbursement. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure are not refunded, except in instances of adverse weather conditions or mechanical failures from our end.
