At CommunityResourcePark, we offer top-notch yacht charter services, which include but are not limited to:

  • Evening sea tours
  • Business getaways
  • Private celebrations
  • Extended yacht charters

The availability of all services is based on prevailing weather conditions and we hold the right to alter or cease services anytime without notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For charter reservation, you are required to:

  • Be no younger than 18 years old
  • Ensure the information you provide is precise and complete
  • Make a deposit payment as noted in the booking confirmation
  • Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your booking takes place upon the payment receipt and our written confirmation. Booking service refusal remains at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

Vessel availability and favorable weather conditions underpin all charters. Our aim is to accommodate your preferred scheduling wherever possible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All listed prices are in € and inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Prices are subject to amendment without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the charter's total cost is payable upon reservation
  • Balance: Payment is due 48 hours in advance of the charter departure
  • Supplementary charges (where applicable): Payable upon charter completion

4.3 Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques. We ensure secure, encrypted handling of payment processing.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Over 72 hours before departure: Total refund subtracting processing charges
  • Between 24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% refund permissible
  • Less than 24 hours prior to departure: Non-refundable

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In instances where unsafe weather conditions are identified by our captain, options provided will include:

  • Rescheduling to an available date without additional costs
  • Issuing a full refund when rescheduling isn't feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If the vessel allocated encounters a mechanical issue, efforts will be made to offer a similar vessel alternative. When no substitute is available, a complete refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests must:

  • Adhere to instructions provided by the crew
  • Utilize safety equipment when stipulated
  • Declare any medical conditions affecting safety
  • Stay within allocated sections on the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following are forbidden on board:

  • Glass containers
  • Illicit substances
  • Firearms or weapons
  • Excess quantities of non-alcoholic beverages, beyond reasonable consumption
  • Pets (unless with prior permission)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. We reserve the authorization to end a charter prematurely without refunds if behaviors risk safety or disturb others' experience.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We limit our liability to the amount paid for the charter. We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Injuries resulting from personal negligence
  • Personal property loss or damage
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damage claims
  • Delays caused by weather or unforeseen events beyond our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Our vessels and operations are covered by comprehensive marine insurance. Passengers should have their own personal and travel insurance in place.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Participation in our services implies that you understand and accept the inherent risks associated with maritime activities, assuming personal responsibility for your safety.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Itinerary, routes, or schedules may be altered based on factors like weather, security, or operational requirements. We will endeavor to offer a comparable experience in such cases.

9. Force Majeure

We are excused from any service delays, cancellations, or changes attributable to extreme circumstances beyond our control, which can include:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural catastrophes
  • Government mandates
  • Port shutdowns
  • Vessel malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your data management follows our Privacy Policy guidelines. Service usage constitutes your consent to such information collection and handling as detailed therein.

11. Intellectual Property

Our website's content, including text, graphics, and symbols, is legally protected. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works without authorization is prohibited.
